As a qualified Executive Business Coach and Leadership Mentor (ILM Level 7) I offer my clients the support and challenge they need on their Leadership journey.

Having worked with the IMD for the past year on the High Performance Leadership course in Lausanne and the Advance High Performance Leadership course near Gstaad, I focus on the ideas of ‘Secure Base’ and ‘Caring to Dare’ in leadership.

I bring energy, curiosity and challenge to my coaching clients. Drawing on my 21 years’ experience I have an insight into a wide range of occupations and cultures. With a background in psychology and acting I combine theory, insight and the ability to allow my clients to explore their Leadership style.

Clients have described our sessions as ‘informal and fluid’, ‘a great level of challenge’, ‘brilliant practise’ and experienced me as ‘engaging’, ‘intuitive’ and ‘supportive’.

In accordance with good coaching practice, as stipulated by the EMCC, I am under supervision with Sharon Torpey (Accredited Master Coach – At Liberty Ltd).

I offer sessions between one and three hours, either face to face, on the phone or via Zoom.
